To make high quality products, quality materials are needed, that’s why we work with a number of plantations throughout Indonesia. After that, each batch of coconut shell charcoal briquettes is tested and inspected in several stages of production. Starting from grinding, mixing, extrusion, cutting, oven, and packaging.

We accept payments via TT (50% deposit) bank transfer to our company account in Indonesia. All payments are made according to the Invoice on our corporate company name PT Niaga Indoraya Semesta.
Our payment terms require a 50% down payment to start the production process of coconut charcoal briquettes. After we receive the down payment, we will begin the production process.
we do accept L/C for orders under certain circumstances. if you have any further questions or need clarification on our payment terms, please contact us. We’d be more than happy to discuss.
